Service Department Dispatcher
Service department dispatcher responsibilities include:
- Dispatch RO's
- Manage shop productivity by individual tech and overall
- Coordinate with client care team appointment capacity by daily evaluation of unapplied time
- Develop tech skill set
- Make sure RO documentation correct
- Manage tech video and digital MPI
- Manage promised time and on time efficiency
