MCW Business Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and opening interviews for a Sales Account Manager role representing AT&T inside major retail locations.
Here's what the day-to-day actually looks like: you're inside a retail store, face-to-face with customers, helping them lower their bills, upgrade their devices, and find the right wireless plan for their situation. No cold calling, no door knocking — you're working with people who are already there and already open to a conversation.
No experience required. Everyone starts entry-level — including management. We provide 2–4 weeks of fully paid, structured training. After training, the average rep is bringing home $1,200/week. Our top performers are making upwards of $3,000/week.
