Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. This position involves the mechanical assembly of cleavers used for cutting fiber optic cables. You will work with intricate mechanical components and perform minor wiring based on detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex work instructions for the assembly of units.
- Utilize small hand tools to assemble units.
- Be trained on new processes and assemblies.
- Communicate effectively with peers and various support group personnel.
- Assemble small mechanical components.
- Perform basic wiring of units.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in interpreting complex work instructions.
- Experience with hand and measuring tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and be trained on new assemblies and processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in technical mechanical assembly, particularly with work instructions.
- Experience in electronics or technical companies.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
