**Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Associate at a leading manufacturer specializing in probiotics, enzymes, bacteria, and bio-solutions. Our West Allis site boasts the world's largest deep freezer at -55 degrees Celsius. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklifts to maneuver materials. + Load and unload trucks and frozen trailers of materials. + Stage orders for shipment. + Work inside a -55 degree Celsius freezer to perform cycle counts, pick orders, and compact materials. + Utilize SAP/ERP system to track and manage inventory. + Use RF Scanner for inventory management. + Maintain freezer cleanliness by scraping ice off floors. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of Material Handling/Warehouse experience. + 1+ years ERP/SAP experience. + 1+ years loading/unloading trucks. + Comfortable working in a -55 degree freezer. + Inventory management and cycle counting. + Sanitization and palletizing. + RF scanner usage. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and write in English. + Basic math skills. + High School Diploma. **Why Work Here?** We offer robust medical plans, including two HDHP options with HSA eligibility, company contributions, and 100% preventive care coverage. Expect to spend up to 80% of your workday inside the ultra-cold freezer at -55 degrees Celsius. All necessary PPE, including snow suits/freezer suits, face masks, boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, radios, and freezer suits, will be provided. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent in ambient warehouse conditions. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.85 - $19.85/hr.
