We are partnering with a highly respected financial institution to fill multiple Lead Teller Supervisor positions throughout Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.   • Base Pay: $40K–$48K per year, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Teller Operations: Oversee daily transactions, ensure accuracy, and uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Train & Mentor: Support new teller onboarding and coach team members to maximize performance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Conduct cash audits, manage month-end procedures, and maintain adherence to regulations.
  • Engage with Customers: Build relationships, process transactions efficiently, and recommend banking products.
  • Support Management: Assist with various operational tasks and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of teller experience in the last 2 years (or 3 years total within the past 5 years).
  • Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a leadership related role with knowledge of banking products and procedures.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear Background: Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and credit evaluations.
