We are partnering with a highly respected financial institution to fill multiple Lead Teller Supervisor positions throughout Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. - Base Pay: $40K–$48K per year, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Teller Operations: Oversee daily transactions, ensure accuracy, and uphold exceptional service standards.
- Train & Mentor: Support new teller onboarding and coach team members to maximize performance.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct cash audits, manage month-end procedures, and maintain adherence to regulations.
- Engage with Customers: Build relationships, process transactions efficiently, and recommend banking products.
- Support Management: Assist with various operational tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teller experience in the last 2 years (or 3 years total within the past 5 years).
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a leadership related role with knowledge of banking products and procedures.
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Clear Background: Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and credit evaluations.
