Job Type: Full-time, 4–6 days/week | Morning start times

Pay & Schedule
- Training Days: $120–$130/day
- Regular Route Days: $180–$220/day + Daily Performance Incentives
- Schedule: Full-time, 4–6 days/week, morning start times

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license (CDL NOT required)
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift heavy packages and handle physical work
- Prior delivery or driving experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Follow pre-planned delivery routes and schedules
- Load and unload the vehicle as needed
- Inspect the vehicle daily and report any issues
- Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
