This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while building toward a long-term career opportunity with a growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from intake through offer stagePartner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelinesDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidatesScreen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualificationsCoordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processTrack candidate activity and hiring progress within the applicant tracking systemEnsure a positive candidate experience and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the processSupport recruitment reporting, onboarding coordination, and other HR-related projects as needed
